Your Event, Handled with Clarity and Care
To ensure a smooth and successful experience, Sadi Reddy Events follows a clear set of terms and conditions. These guidelines help us maintain quality service, timely execution, and mutual understanding. From advance booking policies and staff arrangements to cancellation terms and equipment care, every detail is outlined for your convenience and peace of mind.
- A minumum of 20 guests is required for Sadi Reddy Events outdoor catering.
- An advance of 50% is required for all events on confirmation. Credit cards would also be accepted.
- Cancellation of the event within a day will incur a 50% cancellation fee, cancellation on the day of the event or day before will incur a full charge.
- We will not be responsible for any theft, loss of property left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function.
- Any losses, damage to the functions equipment supplied by us caused by the client or his guests will incur a separate additional charge.
- Sadi Reddy Events will be responsible for the set up of buffet tables, burners, warmers, glassware, cutlery and crockery as part of the menu.
- We can supply tables and chairs at the rate of 10 aed per head
- A dedicated waiter and Chef from the start of the event till 12 midnight, additional hours after 12 midnight will incur additional 150 aedper hour. Any additional waiting staff would incur 100 aed per hour per staff.
